My Buy Box from Tonight's Class
challenged us to come up with our one-sentence Buy Box.
Here it goes - I’m buying unrestricted lots in Conroe 77304, preferably near LaSalle Crossing, between 5,000–10,000 sq ft, priced at $50K or less, specifically for new construction duplex builds to hold as rentals.
That seems like a long sentence. 🙃
Now the specs I've learned since being a thorn in Juan's side to learn all I can.
- Not in an HOA
- Not in a FEMA flood zone
- Infill lot ~30-40k for at least 5k sq ft (~4105 per sq/ft)
- Outside of Conroe’s moratorium area but in Montgomery county
- Have a clear and free title
