The W2 brain is strong.
While Iām still W2 for NOW and building in parallel, Iāve been deep in plan reviews. Shoutout to for helping me read my plans in a way that doesnāt send my stress levels through the roof. Instead of:āOMG this needs to be perfect and Pinterest-worthy and luxury andā¦ā
Itās now:
š Whatās need-to-have vs nice-to-have
š What supports the appraisal?
š What supports the end game?
š What actually moves me toward 4ā5 sets of duplexes⦠and eventually my event space vision?
That mindset shift alone reduced my stress 50%.
Still in pre-build mode. Still networking. Still sourcing lots. Still operating my duplex. Still working full-time.

For those not building full-time yet ā how do you stay locked in while juggling your W2? anybody else?
