Hi I’m Dani,
I live in Adelaide, South Australia and I plan on regaining some flexibility I once had pre baby! Baby boy is 14 months 😊.
I have always been on the hypermobile side but get into trouble over stretching and injuring myself fairly often... currently rehabbing a shoulder strain.
I have done end range strength training before as well but find it hard to fit it in at the end of my gym sessions when I just feel like collapsing on the couch.

I do CrossFit 5 days a week and struggle to balance everything I want to get better at.
For fun I also like to swim - pool and open water. It’s something I’ve taken up over the last 2 years and really enjoying it!
I would love to get some inspiration and motivation from like minded people from this community.
I am working on my handstand holds currently - I have no trouble handstand walking but can’t hold still for more than 2 seconds!
