I have NEVER been a fan of water, but this past week I’ve been getting up and fixing a quart of water and drinking THE WHOLE THING before going to work. THIS morning, I got up and was actually thirsty for WATER! WINNING!

Fewer interruptions during sleep
My Fitbit tracks my sleep and finally this week, I have been getting more sleep with fewer times waking up at night. Instead of waking up 36 times, I am down to 12. My goal is 6. I have been very consistent in my bed times and routine even on the weekends. I have been trying to manage my high cortisol with supplements. And probably my treatments with Dr. Berry are helping as well.
Making good food choices at a restaurant
I was so proud of myself! I went out to eat with a group of people and while they were all ordering a hamburger and fries, I ordered the "Power Bowl" with chicken, rice, and broccoli. And I actually had alot more food on my plate and it was all healthy!
Blood pressure is improving
I always thought having low blood pressure (100/70) was good until I learned here that it is a sign a adrenal fatigue! I have been taking adrenal support supplements for a few months and my recent doctor appointment showed my blood pressure is now "normal" at 120/70. Yay!!

I’ve been practicing the Candida Diet for a few weeks now. I say “practicing” because I honestly didn’t think I’d be able to stick to it through the holidays—and yes, I’ve done my share of cheating. But I’m officially ready to start strong on January 5. Even with the imperfect start, I’ve had a few small wins: I’m learning how to adjust my meals, I’m down five pounds, and my nose no longer runs nonstop. But this morning… I had my first BIG WIN. I woke up at 5:01 a.m. after getting a little over seven hours of sleep—straight through, no sleep aid—for the first time in at least ten years. I usually get five or six hours broken up, always waking for a couple of hours in the middle of the night to read or fold laundry, and then I’m groggy when the alarm goes off. But today I woke up and actually felt good. Thank you, Dr. Berry!
