If your wellness plan has six morning steps, four evening steps, a perfect meal schedule, and no room for real life, your body may experience the plan as another demand.
Choose an anchor, not a perfect schedule.
Let’s test whether your chosen anchor fits your actual life.
Ask:
- Can I do this on a busy day?
- Is there a smaller version for a difficult day?
- Does it support something I genuinely need?
- Can I resume it without guilt after missing it?
Examples of scalable anchors:
- Ten minutes outside becomes one minute at an open door.
- A full journal page becomes one honest sentence.
- A cooked breakfast becomes a simple prepared option.
- A long relaxation practice becomes three slower breaths.
Plan for continuity, not ideal conditions.
