1. Do you use Hevy or a similar app like MacroFactor workouts or excel sheet to track your weights on? 2. Do you have any recs on workout shoes, protein powders/ how you incorporate them into real food meals, knee sleeves or gym bags? 3. I am often in the gym a very long time. Question for those part of the Q&A live call! Would you prefer weekday or weekend? I know there's going to be time zone differences, but I'm trying to see when the best time frame would be to try and accommodate as many of you as possible!
@Natasha Aughey is there anywhere you share your workout split/ plan for the week? I struggle most with spending wayyy too long at the gym but not as effective as I could be :)
