July call - questions :)
1. Do you use Hevy or a similar app like MacroFactor workouts or excel sheet to track your weights on? 2. Do you have any recs on workout shoes, protein powders/ how you incorporate them into real food meals, knee sleeves or gym bags? 3. I am often in the gym a very long time. With warmup and everything, at least 2.5 hours. I’m just curious if you find yourself the same? Thanks for all of this :)))

Macros
I'm still trying to figure out this platform and what I want to put on it. Do you guys like/care to see the macros classroom tab? It's a lot of the same foods, since I eat pretty much eat the same foods every day

I think it’s interesting and like it but it doesn’t have to be daily unless that accountability also supports you, I think uploading it more variably works too. With that said, if it doesn’t work for you, there are other ways that might be even more helpful but accomplish a similar goal -A weekly : “a meal I’ve been enjoying this week” — A ongoing document of your current frequent meals that you add to as they change over time My breakfasts My lunches My dinners My snacks
