1. Do you use Hevy or a similar app like MacroFactor workouts or excel sheet to track your weights on? 2. Do you have any recs on workout shoes, protein powders/ how you incorporate them into real food meals, knee sleeves or gym bags? 3. I am often in the gym a very long time. With warmup and everything, at least 2.5 hours. I’m just curious if you find yourself the same? Thanks for all of this :)))
I'm still trying to figure out this platform and what I want to put on it. Do you guys like/care to see the macros classroom tab? It's a lot of the same foods, since I eat pretty much eat the same foods every day
This week and last week's workout of the days are all in there. You can pick and choose which you like or you can do them daily as well! They aren't crazy taxing and if you only want to do the cardio pieces at the end, that's cool too! No wrong way to do them. If you have questions on them, let me know!
