July call - questions :)
  1. Do you use Hevy or a similar app like MacroFactor workouts or excel sheet to track your weights on?
  2. Do you have any recs on workout shoes, protein powders/ how you incorporate them into real food meals, knee sleeves or gym bags?
  3. I am often in the gym a very long time. With warmup and everything, at least 2.5 hours. I’m just curious if you find yourself the same?
