We are currently testing the software and have not yet committed to a pricing plan, as we are still trying to secure a demo that best fits our use case.
Recently, we encountered two issues:
- We were unable to access the software after a new sub-account was added to the configuration.
- Even after archiving the additional sub-account, we are still unable to access the main interface where our demo was being refined?
Could anyone clarify whether this limitation requires us to upgrade to a higher tier, or if there is another way to resolve it?
