Unable to Access Demo Interface After Sub-Account Change
We are currently testing the software and have not yet committed to a pricing plan, as we are still trying to secure a demo that best fits our use case. Recently, we encountered two issues: 1. We were unable to access the software after a new sub-account was added to the configuration. 2. Even after archiving the additional sub-account, we are still unable to access the main interface where our demo was being refined? Could anyone clarify whether this limitation requires us to upgrade to a higher tier, or if there is another way to resolve it?

HELP - Imported British Voices from Elevenlabs
Hi guys, We are LOVING Assistable so far! Currently trying to use British voices from the library. However, it doesn't seem to have a large selection. Also, when we are trying to import voices from Elevenlabs, It says scheduling but nothing changes or happens. The name of the voices we are trying to import from elevenlabs are: Emily: Calm Yet Charismatic Emily: Calm and Informative Sophie Langford Felicity - Young and Well-Spoken Mia Moore - Studio Presenter Is there anyone that has faced this issue or is currently facing it? Or are we doing anything wrong?
