I am experiencing an issue with Cold Transfers where the system assistant interferes with the recipient's voicemail. Even with the "Warm Transfer" option toggled OFF, the following sequence occurs:
- I initiate a cold transfer to an internal user.
- The recipient does not pick up, and the call hits their voicemail.
- Instead of the caller hearing the voicemail greeting, the system assistant comes onto the line to play a brief intro/screening message.
- Because the assistant and the voicemail greeting play at the same time, the caller misses the greeting entirely.
- The caller eventually hears a "beep" (recording start) without context and hangs up, thinking the call dropped.
Goal: How can I ensure a straight cold transfer where the caller hears the recipient's actual ringing tone and subsequent voicemail greeting without any assistant intervention?
