Can the AI make appts for other ppl
Anyway to make this a possibility. Like if I call in to the AI and I want to make an appt for my wife who is also in the system can the AI find that contact and book the appt for them? Also let's say they're not a contact anyone found a way it can make them a contact and book an appt for them?

Call Transfer Help Please🙏
Yesterday I had a call escalated and transferred to the live team and I just happened to see it coming through and answered. We have a prompt for the warm transfer which is working really well and she sounds great, but I noticed that when I finally answered the incoming call (after the 2nd or 3rd ring) - the assistant was already halfway through the transfer and I only happened to catch the end of it. I had assumed she wouldn't start that warm transfer until the person she is transferring to picks up the call. Is this maybe something I've done wrong in the prompt? Side note - the warm transfer goes to the subaccounts GHL phone number and comes through there. Not sure if this matters? I also noticed that when the transfer doesn't go through, she just comes back to the user and keeps repeating herself. She said the same thing and tried 5 times before the user got annoyed. Any tips on updating the prompt to not do this? I'd rather her try once and then if it doesn't work, to make a note of the best callback time and we'll get the team to ring them back at that time to further assist them. any tips appreciated :)

@Alexa Briggs I'm having the same issue with the transfer message being halfway through by the time the person receiving the transfer picks up the call. Im trying to do cold transfers but since it's only doing warm it would be nice if the transferee could understand the whole message. On you second question, mine was returning after an unsuccessful transfer and saying something along the lines of, "the call may have gotten disconnected". I think I added a few lines that says if a transfer is unsuccessful you can never say the call got disconnected and gave her instructions to schedule a call back.
Timeline
Hey @Jorden Williams I know theirs a lot of issues going on with the transition to v3 and inconsistency, but I was just wondering if it's possible to give a timeline on when the systems return back to normal fully functional. Even a really broad timeline and I know that's really hard to say, but a really rough estimate works because I need to know if need to learn another tool for now and come back when everything's functioning. If that's possible please let me know. Thanks in advance!

@Jorden Williams we still can't do a cold transfer. Support tried to help us prompt the behavior out, but as of now you can't get the assistant to stop talking when they make a transfer.
Transfer Question
I am experiencing an issue with Cold Transfers where the system assistant interferes with the recipient's voicemail. Even with the "Warm Transfer" option toggled OFF, the following sequence occurs: 1. I initiate a cold transfer to an internal user. 2. The recipient does not pick up, and the call hits their voicemail. 3. Instead of the caller hearing the voicemail greeting, the system assistant comes onto the line to play a brief intro/screening message. 4. Because the assistant and the voicemail greeting play at the same time, the caller misses the greeting entirely. 5. The caller eventually hears a "beep" (recording start) without context and hangs up, thinking the call dropped. Goal: How can I ensure a straight cold transfer where the caller hears the recipient's actual ringing tone and subsequent voicemail greeting without any assistant intervention?

Anyone switched to 5 Nano model yet? If so, curious how it runs. It's faster, cheaper and 2.5x the context window. I use 5 Nano in a lot of my other stuff (its awesome), but haven't tried it for chat/voice. If you've used it with Assistable, how did it do?
