Client Phone Numbers Stop Working
I don't know what is going on by I keep having phone numbers stop working on my client sub accounts. It started with two client that were on auto recharge and then for some reason the auto recharge failed and put them in negative and their account stopped working, So then we got them in the positive but their phone numbers never started working after that. Then today I have a client that their number stopped working and they never have gone negative on their account so I know that was not the issue. The only thing I can do to get this working is to trash the number and buy a new one. I hope the root problem can be found to this issue.

Phone lines not working
All phone lines not working for my account. Put in ticket. Figured id come here due to urgency and very pissed off client. Would love to help with workspace info but cant access portal on any device thru createass… or my white label domain

It there a way to see detailed useage reporting on a subaccount level @Jorden Williams A breakdown of exactly what the client's wallet was billed for: X chat messages, x voice minutes, x knowledge base, x phone numbers?

Native Website chat Widget error

This happens when you start a chat session, and then the assistant uses update_user_details and finds an existing contact in your database. It's been like this for a long time. I think this is on the GHL side of things but I'm not positive.
Can Not Login to Sub Accounts
So I can log in to my agency dashboard if I used the create assistant url instead of my domain, but I'm not able to log in to any subaccounts. Been that way since Friday. Does anyone have a workaround for this, since Assistable does not support their tech on weekends?
