Repeating Same Message In Follow-up Sequence

I attached 3 screenshots to see if you guys can help me diagnose an issue I am having with the AI generating the exact same message over and over. This is happening to everyone who enters this no-show rescheduling workflow. The intention is that they will receive a unique message each day for 6 days after no-showing to try to get them to reschedule.
