Process for testing Voice Agents prior to deployment?

How is everyone testing their voice agents before deployment besides manually calling the agent and running through different potential scenarios? The last thing I want to do is tell my client its good to go, deploy it, then it goes off the rails when live. Does anyone have a 3rd party automated testing platform they've tried like https://testzilla.ai/? Thanks!
