Outbound AI Calls Not Working?

Hey, across all sub accounts I'm having outbound calls not working.

The Make AI call action is executing, all looks good in Twilio, but only inbound calls are working.

I tried resetting Oauth on a sub account.

Can I get some help on how to resolve this?
