LC vs Twilio

All my numbers are LC and I got my first Voice AI client and I learned that to have him use a single canadian number for inbound and outbound calls, we have to move the LC number to Twilio and then do the A2P as well.. Anyone who has done this, can u help me out? As the forms and porting looks simple but yet confusing.. I have the Twilio SID for main account and also created a sub account for the client.. now which SID to chose?

Also is there no way we can do it with LC vs opting for Twilio? any thoughts or help peeps??
