Issues with the Voice Agent
I'm in a bit of a tough spot. I've been working continuously, primarily troubleshooting a voice agent built on the GPT‑4o model. The prompt is quite extensive, around 26,000 characters, and the bot frequently fails to execute key actions.
For example, it sometimes doesn't add tags to the lead, or skips the appointment booking flow, even though those instructions are clearly defined in the prompt.
