@Kendrick Jo Yeah, the server log feature is great and readily accessible but shouldn't it also mention which bot is handling the conversation, or did I miss that?
Issues with the Voice Agent
I'm in a bit of a tough spot. I've been working continuously, primarily troubleshooting a voice agent built on the GPT‑4o model. The prompt is quite extensive, around 26,000 characters, and the bot frequently fails to execute key actions. For example, it sometimes doesn't add tags to the lead, or skips the appointment booking flow, even though those instructions are clearly defined in the prompt. @Jason Dueck @Jorden Williams

@Brandon Rodriguez You can only attach one knowledge base (KB) to the Agent, but that KB can include multiple sources for example, pricing info and product details. Do I need to specifically prompt the agent to reference the pricing source within that KB in order to get accurate pricing?
Region based global calling
I have a client based in the UAE who is interested in using Assistable to make calls and send text messages both locally and to recipients in the United States. Could you please let me know if this functionality is supported? @Jorden Williams @Jason Dueck
Appointment Match
Is the following scenario possible using Assistable? A user books an appointment in Go High Level through the AI using their contact information (e.g., phone number A). Later, they call back using a different phone number (phone number B) to inquire about or reschedule their appointment. Can the AI recognize this user and provide information about the appointment originally booked under phone number A, even though they’re now calling from phone number B? @Jorden Williams @Jason Dueck @Luis Garibay
Caller ID
Does the "Contact Number as Caller ID" option work in the Call Transfer tool? I am attempting to transfer a call from one assistant to another. While the assistant successfully transfers the call, it uses its own number instead of the caller's number. Additionally, there are instances where the call is not transferred at all when this option is selected. In short, the Caller ID option is not working for me.
