Issue Updating GHL Name

Anyone else having an issue lately where the bot captures the persons name (see screenshot), but then never passes it back to GHL to update. So bot spoke with Tobias and called him by name throughout the conversation. Books a call and then GHL sends out the reminders and it's "Hey Guest". I understand it doing it sometimes on voice, but chat used to work without issue pretty consistently.

But LOVE the service. I've used ZappyChat, Closebot, Consolidata, etc. and this thing runs laps around those. Well done!
