Custom Values in Knowledge Base FAQs?
Can knowledge bases (e.g. FAQs) use custom values so if a subaccount user updates the custom value it'll update the answer of the FAQ in the knowledge base (so it reflects whatever is latest for answers that change often)? Example: "What is the date and time of the next workshop?"
If not, can we add that to the features roadmap please, ?
