Communication is key for longterm relationships

Why hasn't there been any updates or communication on where the team is at in the process for fixing these issues we're all experiencing? My partners and team are considering going in another direction if there's no resolution in sight.

We dont want to leave as it would be stress full and bog down operation. But what are we supposed to do when there's no insights or updates? Please let us know whats going on as soon as possible. Thank you!
