Hi everyone! We set up an outbound assistant to make around 20 calls per day to our contact leads, but we’ve been getting a lot of 'Carrier Rejected' statuses. The numbers we’re using show as healthy in Assistable, and we’ve checked the basic settings, but most of the calls still don’t go through. We’re not sure if it's something on the telephony side, spam flagging, or a misconfiguration. Has anyone figured out a step-by-step fix for this? And if there’s a video tutorial or guide we can follow, we’d really appreciate it!
