Anyone found permanent fix for incorrect day & date when booking appointments?

Hey, this year the AI will sometimes say the wrong day and date for an appointment.

E.g. Tuesday Feb 4th when it's actually a Wednesday.

Has anyone got a permanent fix prompt for the AI for this?
