Hi! Does anyone experience forwarding a call to an Inbound assistant but it's not following the inbound prompt?
Here's my case:
I've imported a Twilio number via SIP Trunk (also already configured the origination based on the docs) and assigned it to my Outbound assistant, then I bought an Assistable number and set it to the Inbound assistant.
In GHL, I've set the Outbound number to forward calls to the inbound number. I didn't turn on the called number passed as Caller ID. Whenever it forwards the call (not even sure if it does forward) it always just says "How may I assist you" which is not the greeting I configured in the Inbound assistant.
Anyone has an idea why it doesn't follow the inbound prompt? my prompt is below the char limit as well..
