This mornings class recording.
This mornings class was a great mix of strength and mobility.
Foot massage, ankle stretching, crawling, squatting and lunging are all worked through. As well as some sneaky ab and upper body strength.
All you need equipment wise is something to massage the feet with - a ball, a stick or a towel would work.
If you end up doing the class let me know how you pull up :)
