This afternoons class recording
Tonight’s class was great. Spinal mobility. Shoulder mobility. Slow strength in the legs. Then some rather humbling push ups.

Monday night class
Hey everyone, we have a big weekend ahead of us with the Fighting Monkey Workshop, and we are hosting Jozef at our place. So unfortunately this means we will have to cancel our Monday night class this week. Sorry for the inconvenience! We will be full of inspiration and recharged for the following session.

Monday nights class recording
For those that missed it the Monday night class has been uploaded. This one is a nice mix of everything. For this session you will just need a red ball and a basketball. We start the session with some spinal waves. Then move into a small circuit of basketball rolling and some mobility in crawling. From there is coordination using the reb massage ball and some basic arm swings. We finish with lizard crawl, some core work and push ups.

Class cancelled tonight
Apologies for the last minute cancelation but we’re not going to be able to host tonight’s class. There’s plenty of recorded classes to keep you entertained and we’ll be back as usual next Monday afternoon. (Or tomorrow morning for those in The Upward Spiral)
Movement Snack - 10min Daily Practice
Hey I've just added the new video to the Movement Snacks - It's an old video! As you'll see filmed at Aspen many moons ago. It is the sequence we did in this mornings Upward Spiral Class. A short 10 min practice that will bring awareness to all our joints and how we hold ourselves. There is no audio, it's just a follow along sequence for you to learn and use.
