Movement Class is happening in 6 days
This mornings class recording.
This mornings class was a great mix of strength and mobility. Foot massage, ankle stretching, crawling, squatting and lunging are all worked through. As well as some sneaky ab and upper body strength. All you need equipment wise is something to massage the feet with - a ball, a stick or a towel would work. If you end up doing the class let me know how you pull up :)

This one is all about the hips.
It might not look like it from the video description but this session digs deep into the hips. It starts nice and easy with some work standing on the feet and then builds from there. Expect to squat, crawl, lunge and move around on the floor in general. No equipment needed. Just some space to move around in.
Class Change.
Hey Team, Happy New Year! We hope you've had an amazing time with your friends and family over the holiday period. Just a heads up - stating next week our regular 4pm Monday Movement Class is moving to Tuesday at 6am. We are going to trial the time slot and see how it fits into the week. There is no class Tomorrow at 4pm. So apologies if you received the email saying it was on. Hope to see you there :)

This afternoons class recording
Tonight’s class was great. Spinal mobility. Shoulder mobility. Slow strength in the legs. Then some rather humbling push ups.

Monday night class
Hey everyone, we have a big weekend ahead of us with the Fighting Monkey Workshop, and we are hosting Jozef at our place. So unfortunately this means we will have to cancel our Monday night class this week. Sorry for the inconvenience! We will be full of inspiration and recharged for the following session.
