Start with the easiest fix: make the toss repeatable, then add the hit for a smoother serve + rhythm! ⬇️ Try this 5-minute serve routine, as a warm up. (Video Below) - 10 tosses - 10 toss and catches (at full reach) - 10 “tennis ball throws” - 10 half serves from the service line. Hit into the service box (toss and then hit without letting the toss come down too much!) Regain your rhythm from the toss, throws, and half swings.
