Quick tip: the hardest way to return to tennis is full speed, full court, day one. The easiest way is foundations first ☝️
Here’s what I recommend:
- At home first: Foundational drills = the basics that bring back timing + tennis footwork back (go to Classroom → Foundations)
- On court next: Mini tennis from the service line to lock in clean contact and easy swings to get rhythm and find the ball again
- Then serve: Do this serve warm-up routine/drills to unlock the served basics again + get some rhythm on your toss + serve motion!
