If you’re new to tennis, here’s the easy way to start—without feeling overwhelmed.
Start with these 3 steps:
  1. Learn the basics first: Grip + 4 steps on how to hit a forehand and backhand: (see classroom—Home Court tennis)
  2. Practice Simple Bounce Catch Drills to learn the rhythm of hitting.
  3. Start learning to Serve from Day 1: Use the serve drills + warm up to begin the basics of how to serve, starting from 0 (I’ll attach it below)
