Showing How to Build Skills

Here is a question for the group and

I am putting together a set of skills like Ryan has done for marketing but mine are aimed a quality manager, production supervisors, plant manager for small businesses (20 to 100 employees). The skills are root cause analysis (5 whys), corrective action, audit schedule builder. The goal is to show them how to make the skill but if they want to skip to the final product here it is at the end finished and then they can buy one or many skills I have built.

How far do I go in showing how to build the skill?
