This is a great time to reflect on the past year, set a few intentions for the year ahead, and most importantly rest, recharge, and spend time with family. I know I will be. The AI space will still be here when we get back! Cheers, Nate

The Distribution Problem Nobody Wants to Admit
Harsh truth after 8+ product launches: You don't have a product problem. You have a distribution problem. Your product is probably good enough. I've seen terrible products make millions because their distribution was locked in. Distribution channels that work: Owned channels: - Email list (yours, not rented) - Social following (real engagement) - Community (Discord, Slack, Skool) Borrowed channels: - SEO (Google's audience) - Marketplaces (Product Hunt, app stores) - Partnerships Paid channels: - Ads (only after organic works) - Sponsorships - Influencers (micro > macro) The founders winning right now spent 6 months building distribution before launching anything.
The Distribution Problem Nobody Wants to Admit
Growth Should Feel Boring
If growth feels exciting, it’s usually fragile. The most reliable growth systems are repetitive and predictable. Same motion. Same cadence. Same output. Week after week. Outbound fits that pattern. It’s not inspiring. It’s just dependable. Conversations keep starting regardless of mood or momentum. AI doesn’t make it magical. It makes it easier to stick with. If growth in your world feels chaotic instead of boring, that’s probably a signal. Curious how others here think about sustainable growth loops.
