🚀New Video: How to Actually Choose the Right AI Agent in 2026
I sat down with Mark Kashef to talk about how to choose the right AI agent and what matters beyond the model. We break down AI harnesses, how we use Claude Code and Codex, and how to keep your skills useful across different tools. We also discuss when to retire old skills and how to keep your AI operating system organized as models improve.
🏆 Weekly Wins Recap | September 5 – September 11
From 5th agency clients and first SaaS customers to #1 search rankings and first cold responses, this week inside AIS+ showed what happens when you keep moving through the unglamorous middle. 🚀 Standout Wins of the Week inside AIS+ 👉 @Leon Seguin-denis signed his agency’s 5th client just 2 months in and is already working through the next bottleneck that comes with growth. 👉 @Miriam Chin helped a doctor go from virtually invisible online to #1 across Google, Google Maps, and ChatGPT using her SEO/GEO/AEO system. 👉 @Angel Comas launched his first real SaaS, Pericial, with a paying customer already using it - while a second SaaS is now in beta with potential customers. 👉 @Ralph Ho landed his first real client win while studying premed, taking another step toward his ambitious goal of funding medical school through his own work. 👉 @Nikola Pavurdzhiev shared his one-year journey from being made redundant as a recruiter to now coaching an entire team - proof that the middle of the journey rarely looks impressive while you’re inside it. ⸻ 🎥 Super Win Spotlight | @Aby Abraham Aby came into AI without a technical background - his experience was in philosophy and sales. Instead of seeing that as a weakness, he now sees it as an advantage. AIS+ gave him the structure to understand the tools, the community to see how others were applying them, and most importantly, the confidence to sit across from businesses and understand what actually needs solving. His biggest takeaway? You don’t need to become the best engineer in the room. You need enough AI fluency to understand the problem, ask better questions, communicate clearly, and know what’s possible.

Thank you for 1M subscribers!!
I just hit 1 million subscribers today. I posted my first video 720 days ago. I was a fresh college grad who had moved from Illinois to Salt Lake City, and I had no idea what I was in for. I remember filming with a $30 webcam and no microphone. People in the comments were begging me to upgrade both. I even kept a towel under my keyboard so you wouldn’t hear me banging on the desk when I typed. Those early videos were rough, but people still watched. That meant the world to me. Since then, I've had some of my lowest lows and some of my highest highs. I've learned so much, met people I'm so grateful to know, and made plenty of mistakes along the way. Every day feels like a new adventure. I get to wake up excited to work, learn something new, and share it with people who are figuring things out alongside me. I feel really lucky to call that my job. To my parents, thank you for always being in my corner. Just knowing I have your support is all I really need. Jon Morrow, thank you for being the first person to join the team, becoming a mentor to me, and helping me figure out who I want to be. Yash Chauhan, you’ve been here since around 8,000 subscribers. Thank you for caring so much about this community long before it was ever your job. To my family and friends, thank you for being there through all of it. To the entire AIS team, I appreciate you all more than you know. And to everyone who's spent part of their day watching my videos, thank you. Hearing that something I shared helped you build something or take a chance on yourself makes my day. I still have so, so much to learn and so much growing to do. I know there are plenty more mistakes ahead, too. But I'm excited to wake up tomorrow, see what the day throws at me, and try to tackle it as best as I can. Thank you for being part of these past two years. - Nate

ANNOUNCING: I’m helping you build an AI OS that can start and grow your business
This might be hard to believe, but AI is now capable of starting and running a profitable business. It can help you grow much faster. And spend far less. Inside my company, we’ve grown to an average of $420,000 per month of revenue with less than 10 full-time employees in the past 12 months. Not by using AI to replace people. But by using it to make each and every one of those employees superhuman. If you have a business, or you’re thinking about starting one, you need to be at this event. My team and I will be showing everything we do behind-the-scenes. >> ANNOUNCING: event about using AI to start and grow a business - Nate
