I’ve been building websites for local businesses using AI, but I’ve realized something important: Clients don’t actually want a website. They want results. Right now my offer is: – Website (SEO-friendly) – Connected with Google Business Profile But when clients ask: “Will this bring me customers?” That’s where it gets tricky. Because: – Google ranking takes time – SEO isn’t instant – Results depend on multiple factors (reviews, location, competition, consistency) So I’m rethinking my whole offer. Instead of selling just a website, I’m thinking to shift towards: “Online Presence + Lead System” Where I handle: – Website (conversion-focused, not just design) – Google Business Profile setup + optimization – Local SEO (pages, keywords, structure) – Review system (to build trust & ranking) – Ongoing improvements every week And position it as: 👉 “I help local businesses get more calls from Google” Not: 👉 “I build websites” --- My main challenge right now: 1. How do I position this clearly without overpromising results? 2. How do I price this properly as a beginner (without undercharging)? 3. How do I explain to clients that: – Results take time – But progress is happening (like impressions, clicks, visibility) --- Would really appreciate advice from people doing local SEO / client services: 👉 What should I include in this kind of offer? 👉 How do you communicate “long-term results” to impatient clients? 👉 And how do you structure pricing (setup + monthly vs only monthly)? Trying to move from “website seller” → results-focused service provider Any guidance would help a lot 🙏
