A place you can point people to. A signal that this is real. We're not at launch yet. The platform itself is in active testing internally with the team, and with the first stakeholders we've brought in to use it the way it's meant to be used. That's where the real lessons come from. A few things I'm sitting with today: → Shipping the website is the easy part. Shipping the right product is the work. → Stakeholder feedback in week 7 is worth 10x stakeholder feedback in week 19. → The team has been heads-down for weeks. Days like today matter. In February, I spent a week in Cape Town, SA with some of the top AI entrepreneurs in the space for a mastermind. We had hundreds of community members join us.
