Achievement vs success
I just completed chapter 11 and I am very glad Simon differentiated success from achievement. I had both mixed up and didn’t event know! Lol I actually would describe both as the same until now. I usually have a very long to do list which I almost never complete at the end of the day, so I rarely feel like I have accomplished my goals but I have a deep sense of fulfillment despite the pending tasks. I actually didn’t have the language to express the disconnect I used to feel until now. I feel very successful knowing there’s still much more to be achieved. What has been your experience?

Discipline and trust
In Chapters 8 and 9, what really stood out to me is the idea that growth and success take discipline, not being rigid, but staying true to your WHY even as the HOW changes. When that discipline slips, trust usually slips with it. Think about a leader, organization, or even a relationship you truly trust. That trust probably wasn’t built overnight, it grew because what they did consistently matched what they said they stood for. Do you agree or disagree?
