Clean energy = trust, openness, and easier closes. Polluted energy = resistance, defensiveness, and stalled calls. Sensation vs. Suffering A major part of emotional mastery is not resisting what’s happening in your body. When you resist a sensation (headache, tension, fear): - You’re wishing reality was different. - Resistance makes the intensity last longer. - The mind adds a story → which creates suffering. When you simply notice the sensation: - Drop the label (“headache,” “anxiety,” “grief”). - Observe it as physical energy in the body. - Acknowledge it. - Give it permission to stay. - Give it permission to leave whenever ready.
