Hi everyone, need some eyes on my current setup.
I’m running FB Ads for Real Estate agents in Belgium (Free Valuation offer).
CPL: €11 (Solid for this market)
The Stack: FB Lead Forms -> GHL -> Appointwise (via WhatsApp)
The Problem: Only converting 5-7% of leads into appointments. Lead quality feels low.
Since I'm in Belgium, I'm forced to use WhatsApp (via GHL/Appointwise) instead of SMS.
My question: How do I increase my lead to appointment ratio? I think I currently have a €150-€200 cost per appointment
