Discussed a bunch of things over the call.
My key takeaways for my agency are
  1. Focus - Go all in on one type of funnel then add the rest
  2. Positioning - Figure out the final outcome that you help your clients achieve and position yourself around that (So for me, as I help other founders to build their personal brand and sales on LinkedIn using AI, I won't position myself as an AI agency but as a Growth Agency that helps them to scale)
  3. Pricing - He mentioned trial and testing out my service delivery to an extent that it becomes predictable so that I can charge a premium price instead of dealing with "broke" clients haha, which made absolute sense to me
