Going all in
I've recently ditched most of my clients and services to solely focus on 1 service, 1 avatar.
I also took my biggest client and offered a new way of working - No MRR and only base it on performances.
I saw that while working with MRR I was not eager to outperform and develop skills. All I did was the minimum to keep clients and I had too many at around 200/m (not 2K).
Now I want to focus on 1 thing, and be a monster at it.
