A few weeks ago I spoke at Eddie Maalouf & Ashton Shanks event, Agency Founders, where I spoke about our journey to receiving a $100,000,000+ offer for my agency, Canopy Management.

Our team has put together over 1800 pages of Best Practices and SOPs, combining tech with a human touch.

That said...

I've also made a literal fuck-ton of mistakes & have failed more than most have tried.
