That's most likely setting you up for anxiety as it's mainly negativity) 🧑🤝🧑The people you surround yourself with daily... are they supportive ? Are they a positive impact on your life? Do they make you feel good , or bad about yourself? Do they have good values? Sometimes, even though it can be SO hard- you just have to separate yourself from friends and family that bring you down or give you negative vibes. 🎶The music you listen to...does it make you smile with good feelings and nostalgic memories? Does it make you wanna shake yer ass and dance?😍💃🏻 Or does it make you feel aggressive, sad, or angry? Your diet is not only what you eat....it's what you read, the people you hang around - the things you watch and listen to. Feed your mind AND body well, and with your life change for the better😍
