Today!
Today was SIT and weights… I did more core than actual weights but a lot of body weight exercises, but I also did some booty workouts! I don’t have much of one so I’m trying to build lol! Breakfast is a two egg omelette with turkey and spinach, cottage cheese, blueberries, and avocado! Still feeling really good and energetic and really liking this program!

Today smoothie blend… 1 banana, handful of spinach, fresh pineapple, vanilla ice cream protein powder, plain Greek yogurt, half an avocado, flax seeds and unsweetened vanilla oat milk!

@Alyssa Furukawa if I can resist the multiple sweet dessert temptations I had at work today you can withstand the ice cream… 😂 This is the one I use, I get it on Amazon

I’m a get up and go girlie, if I don’t workout before anything else… I will not get it done! So, I am an AM person! What about everyone else???

Rest instead
Well on my schedule today is supposed to be sprints, but I woke up and my body told me that it needed a break… So I’m exchanging tomorrow’s rest and recovery day for today and I did a full body stretch session with my peloton app! Do what your body tells you!

Tasty bites!
OK, so I made some little protein bite/ball things… This is the base of the recipe that I used, but I didn’t have all these ingredients so I substituted some items (instead of Cocoa I used a small amount of dark chocolate chips, instead of flax I used Chia seeds, and I put a little bit of both honey and maple syrup)!

@Angela Arthur this is my first try and they’re actually really good! I’m gonna make some changes to the next batch, I’m gonna add the dried cranberries as well as flax… Maybe a little more tweaks! So much easier to control everything, especially the sugar content
