Today’s s.i.t. !! 😅
Today was my day 2 for S.i.T. Training this week! (My other 3 days are full body lifting ) I managed to do 6 rounds today, some for the full 30 Seconds and some only 20 something! I decided to switch things up and try a few moves to rotate between. It felt so good to get it done!✅ Next week I am going to up my sprint training to 3 days/week for the rest of the challenge because I want to cut now! 💪🏽 Post your pics, vids , food or thoughts below!! Cheeehooo! Looking strong lady!! Ok I'm inspired. Now that I've had my coffee and can start my walk, I commit to adding in a couple running sprint today. I think I can go 90% only (so I don't hurt myself LOL) so will do 30 seconds

@Angela Arthur so lucky this AM where it was cool enough to wear leggings! I did 2 rounds within my AM jog/walk. 80% effort at 30 seconds each. 10 minutes in between 😂. Haven’t felt that lung burn in a while. It was a good burn

These Snickers bites are my new obsession- sweet, salty, crunchy, and way more blood - sugar friendly than the real thing! ( Hello peri/meno cravings🙋🏻‍♀️) I know dates are high sugar- and I pretty much ALWAYS make even “treats” With some sort of protein added…. but sometimes you just crave the sweetness!!! And that’s ok!!! 🫶🏽Why I love these!! ✅satisfies sugar cravings ✅has fiber + healthy fats ✅helps avoid the “crash + snack spiral” ✅perfect after dinner or pre-workout bite! Looook what I made last night 😁 Holy DAYAM! These are goooood!🙌🏽 And bonus - Super fast and easy to throw together!! Next time I will pull a @Koren Heron and instead of mayo- will Use cottage cheese for the sauce These come out to approximately 43 grams of protein from the beef, egg and cheese- and if I used cottage cheese I’d pile on more sauce and up the protein even higher! These are SO crispy, SO delicious and SO heavenly in my mouth!!🤤 Think you’d give these a try?? Let me know below with pics or vids what you’re eating today!!!😘

Ohh!!! yumm I will add this to my "to try" list! Cottage cheese sub is a great idea! I started blending cottage cheese and adding it to spaghetti for the extra protein. My kids don't notice and they like the extra salt!

Today smoothie blend… 1 banana, handful of spinach, fresh pineapple, vanilla ice cream protein powder, plain Greek yogurt, half an avocado, flax seeds and unsweetened vanilla oat milk!
