Hey everyone!!! Here is a 5-Round S.I.T. Sprint Workout idea that you can follow along to if you would like!🔥 This quick but powerful S.I.T. (Sprint Interval Training) workout is designed to be simple, effective, and adaptable. I’m doing running sprints in this video, but you can sprint however and wherever works best for YOU — bike, rower, incline walk, hill sprints, or any cardio you enjoy!! How to use this workout: 💪🏽 Follow along for 5 hard sprint rounds 💪🏽Push at an effort that feels challenging but controlled (85% of your max heart rate for 20 - 30 seconds) 💪🏽Fully recover between rounds so each sprint stays strong (2 - 4 minutes - I do about 2 in this video, you can press pause if need be to take longer!) ✨ Weekly structure: 💪🏽2–3 S.I.T. sessions per week 💪🏽Pair with 2–3 days of lifting for best results 💪🏽Rest days are just as important — listen to your body If you’re already following a lifting program, keep going!
