3/15/26 Good morning Stay Zen family, We have a few new people in the group and I want to just do a quick reset and reminder about how our Daily Drops work. These drops are created to help everyone stretch creatively, stay consistent, grow intentionally, and stay tapped in. Each day has its own purpose, activity, and all have a theme except on Fridays. In order for the exercises to actually benefit everyone, please make sure you are following the structure of the drop when you participate. Here is a quick guide: Mood Mark Monday This drop is about checking your internal forecast. Think of it as your emotional weather report for the week. Use temperature, climate, or weather language to describe where you are mentally or emotionally. Tap-In Tuesday This is our connection check-in. This drop follows a simple structure: Picture | Thought | Poem Use the visual, share your reflection, then give us your creative response. Word Up Wednesday This is our growth day. A new word will be introduced and the goal is to learn it and incorporate it into the writing challenge provided. This helps expand vocabulary and strengthen intentional writing. Trickster Thursday This is our micro-poem challenge day. Short, clever, intentional writing. Usually between 1 to 5 lines depending on the drop instructions. Precision matters more than length here. Free Flow Friday Exactly what it sounds like. No restrictions. No theme required. Just your raw creative thoughts flowing naturally into poetry. Slow Burn Saturday (Adventures in Alliteration) This is our alliteration challenge day. Follow the theme provided and focus on intentional sound patterns and creative wordplay. We ask everyone to please respect the purpose of each drop. If your piece does not follow the activity, exercise, or theme, please feel free to still share your work, just post it separately instead of under the daily drop. These drops are tools for growth, not just posting spaces. Let’s continue to challenge ourselves, respect the structure, and keep building a space where creativity and discipline can exist together.

February 16, 2026 Good morning, Stay Zen family, As co-owner of this space, we want to speak clearly and respectfully about something important to the health of our community. Since our writing group began in October, our goal has always been to build a circle where pens grow stronger and people grow deeper with themselves. This space was created for writers who show up, share, respond, and pour into one another. We are not focused on numbers. We are focused on presence, intention, and community. Because of that, members who have not participated at all from October through now, February 2026, will be removed from the group by tomorrow morning. This is not a punishment. Life gets heavy. Seasons change. We understand that. Anyone who is removed is welcome to return when they are ready to truly engage, write with us, respond to others, and be part of the growth we are building here together. Stay Zen, Gimme The Mic, Love & Lyrics and every room we curate are meant to be living spaces. Spaces where voices are heard, encouragement is shared, and healing happens through words. We want members who are ready to step in with intention, not simply hold a seat. If you are still here and active, thank you for showing up with your ink and your heart. You are the reason this community continues to breathe and we appreciate the time you have dedicated to this space. Thank you for being part of our soft open. We’re genuinely glad you’re here and grateful to be building this early phase together. We officially launch on January 1, 2026. The time leading up to launch is intentionally designed as an orientation window; a period to understand not only what exists on the platform, but how this community operates in practice. At this stage, all members have complimentary access to: - Two mini-courses - A growing collection of curated playlists - Daily prompts and challenges - Early community programming and experiments This generosity is intentional. It’s also paired with an expectation of basic attentiveness and respect for the structure that makes it possible. Orientation is required for members who are still finding their footing on the platform. It contains essential information about participation norms, boundaries, shared agreements, and how the ecosystem functions day to day. Reading it matters. A community can only function when expectations are understood. Members who are already active and engaged (Level 2 and above), posting, responding, and communicating regularly — are considered oriented through participation. Your investment is already visible, and this requirement is not meant to interrupt momentum or impose unnecessary friction. On January 15, 2026, we will gently remove inactive members under Level 2 who have not completed orientation. This is a structural reset, not a judgment. Members who step out due to inactivity are welcome to reapply later, space permitting, once they’re ready to engage with both the material and the culture it supports.
