Thinking along those lines, couldn't there be a similar approach for YouTube Ads? Something like $10k/month for ad script writing and video editing. I'm doing something similar but for Landing Page design. I like productized services because they offer transparent pricing and expectations, fewer sales calls, and super straightforward service delivery. This is also something some videographers in the community can consider.

So how long/how much spend should i use to have a good idea of where the ads are headed? When should i start taking the view-rate/CTR of an ad seriously? Ik backend metrics are different and require more budget for testing, but what about front end stuff? Typically, clients have a starting budget of $100/day, some $200. I've heard around to "spend the price of product" but is it really true that i gotta spend $5k or even $10k of my clients money just to see if the front end metrics of an ad are good? @Alan Tarn

We're getting a lot of bogus clicks from the ad display network. What's the best way to make sure our video ads only show on YouTube itself? I've added the googleadsense_without_youtube.com to the Placement exclusion list. Is there a better way? Does it help anything to export the list from 'When and where ads were showed' and exclude the worst offenders in the Display network? This is a very manual process however.

Quick question re: Google ad conversion goal best practices. What do people generally use as a conversion goal (or goals) for best results? For context, I run a VSL funnel like this: - Opt In - VSL - Application - Book a Call I've historically run with primary conversion goals being opt ins and sales + secondary goals being applications and calls booked. I have significant conversions now on all conversion goals (over 1,500 applications, over 2,200 booked calls) and I'm wondering if switching to applications or booked calls as primary conversion goals would improve lead quality. @Brian Moncada

Anyone experience an issue with opt in rates from YT ads? Our YT opt in rate is 2% when the same exact landing page is converting at 20% for FB ads. Is this an issue with bots? or do we need a totally different landing page for YT ads? Help!

I cant get resulst!! I've been doing this for over a year and I have like 6 clients but somehow things just changed a few weeks back, and I haven't had a single lead since??? If you’re running ads on YouTube, here’s a ‘truth’ bomb… You can’t out media buy a sh#tty Ad. Why? Because even if your Media Buyer is the GOAT… …He or she can’t do anything to save your campaigns IF the ads are not as good as they are. Why? Because of the CREATIVE. 80% of YOUR success, or your client's success when it comes to profitably scaling with YouTube Ads comes down to your CREATIVE.
