Yt Ad Bottleneck

There's a big hole in my service where even though the ads may do great, the funnel needs alot of work before they actually make a good return. How do you guys deal with this problem?

I honestly find it is so much harder to figure out how to make a good funnel that lands appointments consistently for my B2B clients than making a good YT ad creative for them.

Especially for sophisticated B2B markets where they hear "free training"/"free guide" all the time, i feel like the best CTA in the ad for them would be straight to book a call right? But then you lose out on not having an opt-in stage in the funnel to collect their emails for remarketing and other stuff...

how do you guys approach that/what are some good examples?

Also where can i find good content on this topic/examples
