Just rebuilt my Comeback Protocol for Week 3 (round two!) and finally named my inner critic: the Liar. Because everything it says - loser, lazy, never amount to anything - is demonstrably untrue. Also realized what I call "hunger" in my gut is often just emotion wearing a disguise. Round one I didn't think I spiraled. Round two I can see the shape of it. Progress isn't loud. Sometimes it's just better questions.
