Listen.. I'm just trying to get my brain and system pumped to start a new streak tonight. And I thought if ANYONE might understand that, it would be you guys πŸ₯°
I'm writing in my journal NEW STREAK ALERT! because I'm literally doing everything in MY power to look forward to this.
That being said, after-dinner routine is done πŸ₯³
Next milestone for me is tv off at 9.
Then the NEW part will be after tv is off, turn on podcast using earbuds while I do rest of evening routine.
THEN after the podcast, it is plug in phone have it OFF my bed and turn on a meditation as the final step.
It is worth a shot.
And to be honest, even if i don't sleep well tonight, I will still feel better that I at least tried. And did what is in MY power.
