What kind of Movements do you do when Listening to the Webinar?
Only four months discovering I have ADHD, at 59 I decided to write down all the things I 'do' while watching the webinar on day 4 and this is what I wrote down I did:
touching my face
smelling my hand
resting my head in my hands while my elbows were on the table
swinging chair back and forth
scratching any bump I can feel on face, arm, chest or back
writting
having something to drink
scratching food off of the computer screen
cleaning keyboard with a toothpick
take off shoes
Get up to get a snack
look through papers
All in 30 minutes of watching. I never thought about it before. Has anyone else taken stock of their movements. I found even crossing your arms and legs watching is an act of movement.
